The terms of this warranty are as follows:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 id=\"h-1-warranty-coverage\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Warranty Coverage<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"list-star rounded wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The warranty covers <strong>manufacturing defects<\/strong> only and applies to equipment supplied by PEQVI\u00ae.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Repairs for defects under warranty will be performed <strong>free of labor charges<\/strong>, subject to the <strong>co-payment policy<\/strong> for replacement parts as outlined below.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>For bought-out components, defects will be subject to the warranty terms of the respective manufacturers. PEQVI\u00ae will assist in coordinating with the manufacturer, and their decision will be final and binding.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 id=\"h-2-co-payment-for-repairs\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Co-Payment for Repairs<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"list-star rounded wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>During the warranty period, customers will be required to contribute a <strong>co-payment<\/strong> for the replacement or repair of any defective parts.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The co-payment amount will depend on the specific part and will be communicated to the customer before repairs commence.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Labor charges for warranty repairs will remain free of cost.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 id=\"h-3-freight-and-shipping\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Freight and Shipping<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"list-star rounded wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to PEQVI\u00ae&#8217;s designated facility, with <strong>to and fro freight charges<\/strong> and <strong>transit insurance<\/strong> borne by the customer.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Secure packaging is required to prevent transit damage, which is not covered under warranty.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 id=\"h-4-warranty-exclusions\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Warranty Exclusions<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This warranty does not cover:<br \/>a) Damage caused by operational errors, lack of maintenance, or improper use.<br \/>b) Damage due to accidents such as explosions, flooding, fire, lightning strikes, or theft.<br \/>c) Burnt equipment caused by power surges, improper earthing, or any other external electrical issues<strong>.<\/strong><br \/>d) Equipment found to be opened, burnt, tampered with, or where <strong>warranty seals<\/strong> are removed or damaged.<br \/>e) Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or the use of non-PEQVI\u00ae parts and supplies.<br \/>f) Damage caused by improper installation or connection to incompatible equipment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 id=\"h-5-warranty-voidance\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Warranty Voidance<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The warranty will be deemed void if:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"list-star rounded wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>The equipment is found to be physically damaged, burnt, or tampered with.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Warranty seals are tampered with or removed.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Unauthorized personnel attempt to repair, install, or modify the product.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 id=\"h-6-limitation-of-liability\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"list-star rounded wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>PEQVI\u00ae&#8217;s liability is strictly limited to repair or replacement of defective products as outlined in this warranty.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>PEQVI\u00ae and its distributors shall not be held liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>This warranty is the <strong>sole and exclusive warranty<\/strong> for PEQVI\u00ae products, and no other warranties, expressed or implied, are provided.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 id=\"h-7-warranty-claims-process\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Warranty Claims Process<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>To make a warranty claim:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"list-num-count wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Notify PEQVI\u00ae of the defect before the warranty period expires.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Ship the defective equipment to PEQVI\u00ae&#8217;s facility with shipping charges prepaid.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 id=\"h-8-additional-terms\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.
