Servo Voltage Stabilizers

Servo Voltage Stabilizer is a servo motor controlled stabilization system that performs optimum voltage supply using a Buck\Boost transformer booster that captures voltage fluctuations from input and regulates current to the correct output. An AC synchronous motor adjusts voltage in clockwise or anti-clockwise direction and manages the output voltage. Few people call it as Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer while others go short by calling just as a Servo Stabilizer. Both are the same thing.
There are seven main components in a servo voltage stabilizer:
  • Variable Transformer (also known as DIMMER)
  • Buck Boost Transformer (also known as Series Transformer)
  • AC Synchronous Motor
  • Electronic Circuits
  • Carbon Brush
  • Contactor or Relay
  • MCB / MCCB
Servo Voltage Stabilizers are beneficial in many ways:
  • Controls and avoid voltage fluctuations easily and effectively.
  • Increases the healthy life span of the equipments.
  • Prevents the risks of overloads and short-circuits.
  • Healthy life span of the equipment
It is a cost-effective option to save your equipment, save your power consumption, and save your electricity bills!!
Normally any Residential/commercial/industrial application will require 400 VAC OUTPUT for equipments and machineries to run at full efficiency. But, when the INPUT voltage increases or decreases it creates fluctuations in the OUTPUT Voltages and hence causes severe problems to our valuable equipments leading to frequent malfunctions, break downs, failures and plant shut downs.
In order to avoid above issues, it is strictly advised to install a servo voltage stabilizer. These servo stabilizers’s gives immense protection to your expensive and costly machineries.
Yes, Servo Voltage Stabilizers allow customized specifications easily.
  • Based on the installation mode and voltage needs, they can be designed accordingly.
  • They incorporate various latest technological considerations which improves their quality, efficiency, and reliability.
  • They can be constructed in different sizes, capacities, and models based on the utility purpose.
Servo Voltage Stabilizer do not need maintenance for proper functioning, provided it incorporates below items:
  • All transformers should have only Copper Windings.
  • CRGO grade laminations for low losses.
  • Bus Bar terminations for making complex power distribution simpler.
Always insist for below mentioned items to identify product offerings by a FAKE Companies and avoid yourself being tricked by FRAUDSTERs.
  • Factory visit of the sellers, to make sure if they are actual manufactures.
  • Technical inspection during the production of your ordered products.
  • Always have 100% Copper Windings and CRGO core laminations for energy efficient designs.

Oil Test Set

Transformer oil, a type of insulating and cooling oil used in transformers and other electrical equipment, needs to be tested periodically to ensure that it is still fit for purpose.
This is because it tends to deteriorate over time due to mechanical and electrical stress as well as to chemical contamination. When the functionality is reduced it can lead to power outages. To maintain and extend the life of the power transformer and to avoid severe breakdowns, regular testing of the transformer oil is very important.
When a strong electric field is applied across the insulator the insulator breaks down and thus resulting in flow of charge. This voltage which breaks the insulator and converts it to a conductor is referred as BDV. It is expressed as volts per unit thickness.
It is an Indian Standard mentioning the procedures of determining the BDV of transformer oils.
Oil Test Set is used for measuring the dielectric strength. We manufacture FOUR different options, which are exclusively customized to suit different clients and the budget. Below are the options:
  • OTS-2000
  • OTS-3000
  • OTS-4000
  • OTS-5000
There are several options available in the market to choose from.
But always insist for a model that allows the user to load the oil test cell from the FRONT. It helps the user to keep a direct eye on the oil test cell and even allows him to relax his back.

Hardware Design

We prepare an estimate of the project after receiving customer’s specification and requirements. If the project involves multiple independent stages, then we quote stage wise estimates.
This will depend on the complexity of the embedded project and will be indicated in our Quote.
We test our designs using a prototype before the final delivery. Any bugs or errors which might be noticed or reported later on the provided master sample will be promptly worked upon and corrected.
We have classified our projects based on below three types:
  • Intellectual-Property (IP) transfer:
  • In this case the ownership of the hardware and the software design are transferred to the customer on payment. The delivery will include complete schematics, bill of materials, assembly instructions, PCB layout designs, and source codes relevant to the project.

  • Manufacturing-assistance:
  • In this case, ownership of the hardware design and the source codes remains with us. The delivery will include complete schematics, bill of materials, assembly instructions, and PCB layout designs but not the source codes relevant to the project. The binary/hex image files of the software will be provided to the customer.

  • Manufacture-only:
  • In this case, a prototype will be designed and built according to the customer's specifications. Once approved, we will enter into an agreement with the customer to supply a specific quantity of the designed product.

If you desire so, we can enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) which will contractually limit the disclosure of any information that you provide us. However, product design protection should be obtained through copyright, registered design, patent and trademark.
